  • Booking linkClients pick a time from your working hours. Confirm and cancel links are in the email.
  • Portal bookingClients book, move and cancel from their portal, if you turn that on.

Your inbox, sorted before you open it

Pablo sorts the messages in your practice Gmail by topic and drafts replies to routine requests. Each draft waits in Gmail for your review.

A new-client inquiry gets a drafted reply that uses the fees, availability and insurance details you've given Pablo.

You decide how much Pablo may do for each topic:

Usage. Notes from uploaded or pasted transcripts are unlimited. Recording a session includes 50 sessions a month, then 40 cents each. You pay our cost for claims and for any insurance panel beyond the two included. Carrier charges for text messages are passed through without markup.

What does Pablo cost?

$59 a month for the first 20 practices, for as long as they keep the plan. After that, Pablo One is $79 a month. There is one plan, with AI included. Try Pablo for 30 days. If it is not a fit, you get a full refund.

Can I keep using Headway, Alma or Rula?

Yes. Many therapists see some clients through a network and some on their own. Pablo's calendar, notes, charts and inbox work alongside the network, and the network keeps handling the clients it covers.

Does Pablo have video sessions?

Use the video service you already have. Clients join through a room link in the portal. Doxy.me's free individual plan includes a BAA.

Can I move my practice from SimplePractice?

Yes. Export your data from SimplePractice and import the archive in Pablo's Settings. Your clients, calendar and notes come across. You can do this during the 30-day window and decide with your own practice in front of you.

Is there a Business Associate Agreement?

Yes. You sign the BAA during signup. The plan includes a HIPAA-eligible mailbox, or you can use your practice Gmail.

Do I have to use the AI features?

No. Notes can be written by hand, and the calendar, portal, payments and website work without AI.

Does Pablo bill insurance?

Yes. Pablo submits claims at the clearinghouse's cost. Founding practices also get two insurance panels included, under their own NPI.

What happens to my records if I cancel?

Your records stay available to read and export for 60 days after you cancel. After that they are deleted.

Who builds Pablo?

Kurt Niemi has built software for 30 years. He started Pablo for his sister's solo psychiatric practice. Pablo's clinical record code is open source, so anyone can read it.
