Watch: Connect Google Calendar to Pablo (1 min)
When Google Calendar is connected, sessions you book in Pablo show up there too.
1. Continue with Google
In calendar setup, at Connect Google Calendar, choose Continue with Google. You can also start from Settings > Calendars.
2. Choose your account and what Pablo can do
Google asks which account to use, then lists what Pablo is asking to do, and you decide. Allow Check for scheduling conflicts, and Pablo won't offer a time your Google Calendar shows as busy. It also leaves the gap you set between sessions.
3. Choose where Pablo's sessions go
Back in Pablo, at Choose a calendar, pick one:
- A separate Pablo calendar keeps Pablo sessions apart from your main calendar.
- My main calendar adds Pablo sessions to the Google calendar you already use.
Sessions you book in Pablo now appear on Google Calendar.
Disconnect
Open Settings > Calendars and choose Disconnect. Your appointments, sessions and notes stay in Pablo.
