Watch: When Pablo asks who a session is with (1 min)
When Pablo can't tell who a session on your Google Calendar is with, it asks you instead of guessing. Your calendar in Pablo shows how many need an answer. Choose Review to answer them together, or open one session and answer Who is this?
Initials
Initials can fit more than one client. Pablo suggests one; keep it, or pick someone else from the list.
Two clients with the same name
Pick which one. The list shows each client's date of birth.
A new client
A name that isn't one of your clients yet can become a new client. Pablo fills in the first and last name the session shows. Check them before you save.
Not a client
Choose Not a client. Pablo remembers and won't ask about it again. To take it back, choose Undo.
Save
Tick the ones that are clients and choose Save. For a repeating session, one answer adds the whole series to your calendar in Pablo, as long as it keeps showing the same name on Google Calendar. Anything you leave unticked waits for later.
