Keep talking on the recording
In a video-call session recorded with Pablo Companion, keep recording after your client leaves the call and dictate what belongs in the note. Pablo uses it in the draft and doesn't count it as time with your client. Visit times shows it as your dictated addendum.
Dictate more in the browser
After a session's note is drafted, you can add to it from the session page.
- Below the note, choose Dictate more, and talk.
- Choose Stop, or Discard to start again.
- Choose Add to note.
Pablo redrafts the note you have, adding what you dictated and keeping what it already says. If you've already edited the note, choose Keep my edits to keep the fields you changed, or Redraft everything.
After you've signed
On a signed note, Dictate more drafts an addendum instead. The note itself doesn't change. Read the addendum, then choose Review and sign. See Sign and lock.
