Some note types ask for details when you book, such as place of service or the client's location for telehealth. If one was wrong, change it and Pablo redrafts the note with it.
Pablo redrafts from the note you already have. It keeps what the note says and changes what your new details affect.
- On the session page, find Note details.
- Change what you need.
- Choose Save and redraft.
This changes the note only. The appointment keeps what was booked.
If you've edited the note
Pablo asks what to do with your edits:
- Keep my edits: the fields you changed stay as you wrote them. The rest is redrafted.
- Redraft everything: the new draft replaces your edits.
If the redraft doesn't finish, your note stays as it was. Try again.
