What if my client changes their mind?
Open their chart, click their AI notes answer, and record the new one. It applies from then on.
A parent or guardian answered for my client. Can I record that?
Yes. Choose Parent or Guardian under Answered by.
Does Pablo Companion keep a recording my client declined on?
No. When you choose Client declined, it stops recording and deletes the recording from your computer before anything is uploaded.
