Pablo (pablo.health) is an AI-powered therapy documentation tool, built and operated by Kurt Niemi as an independent, bootstrapped product. You can reach us at pablo@pablo.health.
This policy covers the pablo.health landing page — specifically, what happens when you sign up for the waitlist. It does not yet cover the Pablo product itself (which is in development and will have its own full HIPAA-compliant privacy policy before launch).
When you submit the waitlist form, we collect:
That's it. No tracking pixels, no session recording, no behavioral analytics on this page.
Form submissions are handled by Formspree, a third-party form processing service. When you submit the form, your data goes to Formspree's servers and is forwarded to us by email. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to that processing — you can read it at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may collect standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, referring page). We don't control or access those logs directly.
We use Google Fonts to load our typefaces (Fraunces and DM Sans). Google may log font requests — see Google's privacy policy.
The landing page does not collect any protected health information (PHI). Your email address is not PHI. The Pablo product — when it launches — will be built HIPAA-compliant from the ground up and will operate under a full Business Associate Agreement framework. If you have questions about how the product handles clinical data, email us.
You can ask us to delete your email from our waitlist at any time. Just email pablo@pablo.health and we'll remove you promptly.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top. Since we're pre-launch and small, significant changes are unlikely — but we'll be transparent if they happen.
