This policy covers the pablo.health website — specifically, what happens when you sign up for early access, use the chat widget, or register a self-hosted deployment. It does not cover the Pablo clinical product itself, which operates under its own HIPAA-compliant privacy policy.

That's it. No tracking pixels, no session recording, no behavioral analytics on this site.
Form submissions are processed by a Google Cloud Function that records your information to a private spreadsheet. Your data stays within our Google Cloud infrastructure and is not shared with third-party form processors.
This site is hosted on Google Cloud Run, which may collect standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, referring page).
We use Google Fonts to load our typefaces (Fraunces and DM Sans). Google may log font requests — see Google's privacy policy.
This site includes an AI chat widget powered by Bonsai, an open-source conversation platform. When you use the chat, your messages are processed by an AI model to generate responses. Chat conversations are not stored long-term and are not linked to any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it (such as your email) during the conversation.
The landing page does not collect any protected health information (PHI). Your email address is not PHI. The Pablo product — when it launches — will be built HIPAA-compliant from the ground up and will operate under a full Business Associate Agreement framework. If you have questions about how the product handles clinical data, email us.
You can ask us to delete your email at any time. Just email pablo@pablo.health and we'll remove you promptly.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top. Since we're pre-launch and small, significant changes are unlikely — but we'll be transparent if they happen.
