Above a recorded session's note, Pablo shows when the visit started and ended, and how long your client was there.
The same lines print on the note's PDF.
Confirm the psychotherapy minutes
When a note has a psychotherapy section, as the psychiatric templates do, Pablo asks Where did the therapy portion start?
- Pick one of the starting points Pablo suggests from the transcript, choose another point, or type the minutes.
- Pablo shows the minutes and the add-on time band they fall in: under 16 minutes, 16–37, 38–52, or 53 or more.
- Choose Confirm.
The minutes run from the start you chose until your client left.
Pablo writes the confirmed time into the note's psychotherapy time, and it prints on the PDF. It stays if you redraft the note. To change it, choose Change.
If what you said doesn't match
If you said a time in the session and the transcript shows something different, Pablo shows both. Choose Use N minutes to take the transcript's time, or Keep what you said.
